Q: I would like to have JB Web & Photo create a website for my business. What's the first step?
A: Visit our Place An Order page and submit a form explaining your business or organization and how a website would make it better. Do you want to put your inventory on the web for potential customers to see? Would a website be the ideal place for customers and members to stay informed about your services and events? Alternatively, you may e-mail us at info@jbwp.com. JB Web & Photo will then contact you and explain our process in detail.

Q: How long will it take to create a website for my business?
A: Depending on the content and complexity of your site, the process takes about 1-2 months from start to finish. Current work load may affect this time frame.

Q: What are your rates?
A: Since each website is different (we tailor your site to meet your needs), a quote will be given after we determine how our resources will be allocated to completing your website. We cannot determine a rate without discussing your needs with you first.

Q: Does JB Web & Photo provide photography services for website clients?
A: Yes. Although typically the client provides JB Web & Photo with all photographs to be used on their website, we do offer (for an extra fee) professional photography services for those who desire high-quality images to display on their website.

Q: Do your website hosting plans include custom e-mail addresses?
A: Yes, you may have up to 100 e-mail address with your website domain name. Each e-mail address includes a web-based mailbox interface for access at any computer with an internet connection.

Q: How do I send you my photographs?
A: There are several options:

  • Upload your photo(s) to us.
  • Send your photos(s) via e-mail attachment.
  • Send us a CD with your photo(s).
  • Send us your original photo(s).

If sending us a photograph or CD via U.S. Mail, please use the following address:

JB Web & Photo

Please visit our "How To" page for more information about creating a digital image file of your photo. If you choose to send us your photos via mail, be assured that your photos are safe with us. Once we receive them, we will use our professional scanning equipment to create a digital image file of your photo. We work with a digital copy during the process. Your original photo will not be changed in any way and will be returned to you with your order.

Q: Can I review my restored photo before it is complete?
A: Yes. A proof image will be available for review before the image is finalized for delivery.

Q: What happens when my order is complete?
A: We will notify you when your order is complete. You may download your photos from our website or we will send you a CD with the photos. If you ordered prints of your photos, they will be sent to you via U.S. Mail.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. Through PayPal you may use a major credit card to pay for your order. It is not necessary to create a PayPal account in order to make a payment, however creating an account is free. We will accept a personal check, but check must clear before order is released. Money orders and certified checks are acceptable.

Q: What do you charge for your photo services?
A: Our rates vary depending on the level of work required to complete the requested modifications. Since every photo is different, our rates adjust to ensure fair pricing for the customer. After sending us your photos, we will provide a quote before any work is done.

Q: Do you charge extra for shipping?
A: No, first-class postage is included in our prices. Expedited shipping can be arranged for an extra fee.

Q: How accurate are the completed simulations to how they will appear in "real life?"
A: The simulations are artistic interpretations of a proposed condition, created using perspective drawing techniques with real images of building and plant materials. They are created to present a "reasonable" representation of what the completed project will look like. Materials are used at an approximate scale relative to the content of the existing conditions photograph. These are not construction drawings from which the project is to be built and JB Web & Photo claims no responsbility if the completed construction project differs in appearance from the artistic simluation.
